CONTAINER SIZES
All of our plants are shipped in industry standard containers. At the end of each of our item descriptions, there will be a short numerical code. This code pertains to the size container that the plant will be shipped in.
The 1801 Flat is our staple container size when it comes to annuals and ground covers. About 95% of all trays that we ship are going to be in this container. The 1501 Flat is very similar to the 1801, but has 3 less cells. This allows the total volume of each cell to be a bit more. We use this tray for some plants that require a little extra room, Erysimum or Sunpatiens are a good example. Like the 1801 Flat, this is our most widely used "1 Gallon" pot. Almost all of our perennials are sold in this size container, as well as all of our Spring tropical "1 Gallon" material. When we think of the Mum Pot. We think of Ferns. These containers have much more volume than the standard trade gallon. We plant our ferns and a few other plants in the Mum Pot to give them the best opportunity to thrive.
